Cyclect is proud to offer the Pulsarlube PLC, a specially designed electromechanical automatic grease lubricator that can be fully integrated with a PLC system. The Pulsarlube PLC is available in two types: MONTH and INTERVAL.
The MONTH type calculates the dispensing interval based on the lubricator and only dispenses when the machine is in operation. The INTERVAL type calculates the dispensing interval through the PLC and offers selective modes for discharging a predefined amount of lubricant. The Pulsarlube PLC is ideal for lubricating a wide variety of machines and systems, including robots, conveyors, roller-slide bearings, motor shaft seals, generators, pumps, fans, and linear guide systems. In the event of any malfunction, the Pulsarlube PLC allows the user to manage and obtain necessary data remotely from a central control unit (PLC panel) without having to go on-site.
Pulsarlube PLC Features
- PLC control: The lubricator is programmed to deliver fresh lubricant upon receiving a signal from the PLC.
- Convenient: Both NPN and PNP connections available.
- Communication: In the event of any warning messages, the unit sends out a signal to an external alarm.
- Two types: The MONTH type dispenses at predetermined intervals and rates based on the monthly setting, while the INTERVAL type dispenses on command when a signal is received from the PLC, at the rate selected by the user.
- Service pack: Offers substantial savings through the use of replaceable grease pouches and battery packs.
Pulsarlube PLC Specifications
The Pulsarlube PLC has the following technical specifications:
- Grease pouch capacity: Available in four pouch sizes – 60ml, 120ml, 240ml, and 480ml – which are pre-set.
- Power supply: The lubricator requires an external power supply.
- Operating pressure: It can operate at a pressure range of 30-60 bar (435-870 psi).
- Operating temperature: Suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F).
- Dispensing periods: The MONTH type has a dispensing interval range of 1-12 months, while the INTERVAL type has 1, 2, 3…6 modes.
- Remote installation: Can be remotely installed up to a distance of 10m (33ft) using an O.D. Ø6 tube.
- Multi-point installation: The lubricator can be installed in up to eight lube points, with a maximum distance of 6m (20ft) using an O.D. Ø6 tube.
- Wire length: Wire length of 150mm (0.5ft) to the lubricator, with extra connecting wires available for purchase.
- Packaging: The lubricator is packaged in cases containing 10 units.
- IP code: IP65 rating.

- CE: The lubricator has been certified to meet the standards of EN 61000-6-4:2007/A1:2011 and EN 61000-6-2:2005.
