Administrative Assistant Responsibility
Provide general administrative support including the following:
- Reviewing, sorting, distributing, filing of mails, emails, and documents (DO, Work order, Invoices)
- Handle petty cash and reimbursement.
- Support operational admin matters such as timesheets, leave, site access/pass, PPE, and tools.
- Support project manager on vendor claims such as payment claims, timecards, expediting purchase orders
