Administrative Assistant Responsibility

Provide general administrative support including the following:

  • Reviewing, sorting, distributing, filing of mails, emails, and documents (DO, Work order, Invoices)
  • Handle petty cash and reimbursement.
  • Support operational admin matters such as timesheets, leave, site access/pass, PPE, and tools.
  • Support project manager on vendor claims such as payment claims, timecards, expediting purchase orders
