What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert in our advanced industrial mixing products, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with our global Sales Agents and customer service team to pinpoint prospects and strategize on impactful sales initiatives.
- Design and execute ambitious sales goals, supported by compelling sales and marketing plans.
- Engage with various teams, including engineers and management, to create accurate cost estimates and deliver superior client support.
- Convey complex technical and engineering information effectively to both internal teams and customers.
- Spearhead improvements in client relations and product capabilities.
- Manage RFPs and RFIs with a keen eye on technical details.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A holder of a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Chemical Process, or a related field, with a sales or promotions focus.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a good understanding of industrial automation.
