Van Air Systems Oil Water Separator is a low-cost option for removing lubricating oils from condensate streams. This heavy-duty device is designed to simultaneously process different types of poly glycol oils. These oil-water separators are ready for continuous operation to remove lubricants to levels that comply with most requirements and are designed to function in most ambient circumstances all year.
To stay in compliance, these Oil Water Separators use multi-stage separation technology to clean up condensate streams. The first stage catches rust, filth, and scale and keeps them from entering the main reservoir. The main reservoir allows oil to congeal and float to the surface. The following chamber eliminates the remaining oil segment from the solution. Finally, the carbon beds ensure that condensate meets or exceeds discharge restrictions in the final stage.
