The NS Mark is a national-level accreditation scheme in Singapore that recognizes businesses and organizations with policies and human resource practices that support National Service and Total Defence. The Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence (ACCORD) developed the accreditation scheme through consultations with the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), the Singapore Armed Forces, and various stakeholder groups.
