We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating documents in ERP (sales orders, deliver orders, sales invoices, purchase requests)
- Provide Sales and Operations general administrative and clerical support (including filing, checking, emailing, printing, copying, etc)
- Coordinate with internal departments to expedite procurement, payments, human resource and other general matters.
- Coordinate with the operations team to help with arrangements of collections and deliveries.
- Support management with notes of meetings and administrative follow-up.
Requirements
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
