We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales of our industrial mixing solutions across the region. This role requires a technical background, strong sales acumen, and the ability to manage complex client engagements.

Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of industrial mixing products by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with global Sales Agents and internal teams to execute sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates in coordination with engineering and management teams.
  • Effectively communicate technical details to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage RFPs and RFIs, ensuring precision and attention to technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Chemical Process, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a technical or engineering role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of industrial automation preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across the region.
