The WIPO-IPOS IP Awards is the pre-eminent accolade that recognizes companies in Singapore which have achieved outstanding enterprise growth through the successful use of intellectual property. The awards aim to honor companies that inspire others to seek new ways to grow their businesses by leveraging on IP.

The awards are jointly organized by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the IP agency of the United Nations.
About WIPO-IPOS IP for Innovation Awards
The WIPO-IPOS IP for Innovation Awards is an annual event that recognizes Singapore-based enterprises that have achieved outstanding growth through the successful use of their intellectual property (IP). The awards are jointly organized by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The goal of the awards is to honor companies that have leveraged the effective use of IP to innovate, transform and grow their business, and to inspire others to seek new ways to grow their businesses by leveraging on IP.
The awards are divided into several categories, such as the overall winner, SME winner, and Start-up winner. These categories recognize companies at different stages of development, but all are expected to have made outstanding contributions to the economy and society through their innovative use of IP. The awards are open to all Singapore-based enterprises, whether they are small or large, established or new, and in any industry.
Winners of the WIPO-IPOS IP for Innovation Awards are selected by a panel of experts based on their innovation, commercialization and IP management capabilities. The award ceremony is usually held in Singapore and is attended by government officials, industry leaders, and other stakeholders.
The WIPO-IPOS IP Awards is the pre-eminent accolade that recognizes companies in Singapore which have achieved outstanding enterprise growth through the successful use of intellectual property. The awards aim to honor companies that inspire others to seek new ways to grow their businesses by leveraging on IP. Since its inception in 2013, a total of 16 organizations have been conferred the awards.
