Chemicrete Enterprise (now known as Cyclect Facilities Management) has been awarded a five-year Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) maintenance contract by the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) in Singapore. The team was chosen from a group of FM service providers that were shortlisted by the AGC. The contract includes mechanical and electrical maintenance, cleaning, and stewarding services.
Chemicrete intends to implement its Smart Facilities Management solutions to increase its efficiency. These solutions include digital job reporting, 3D-scanner technologies and the Internet of Things (IoT), which are embedded with electronic software sensors and connectivity, to enable data exchanges. The company plans to align itself with Singapore’s smart nation initiatives by bringing its depth of IFM experience to new clients and increasing value-added services through digital innovation.
Cyclect has completed numerous other similar projects, such as the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Law, and the Ministry of Education. The AGC plays a pivotal role in Singapore’s criminal justice system and serves as the “Government’s law firm” by providing legal advice, representing the State in domestic and international disputes and drafting laws.
