The acquisition further strengthens Cyclect’s position as a comprehensive solutions provider for building, plant, and facility owners.
Chemicrete has a proven track record in providing facility management services to various organizations across Singapore, including the Housing Development Board (HDB), the Ministry of Defence (West and East zones), the Jurong Town Council, and the National Parks Board. The acquisition of Chemicrete will provide Cyclect with an expanded service offering and enhance its ability to provide complete solutions to its customers. The facilities management expertise of Chemicrete will complement Cyclect’s engineering and construction business, enabling the company to offer a full spectrum of services from construction to operations. This will provide building, plant, and facility owners with a single-point solution for all their asset management needs.
