Cyclect Partners with Ecocentric to Bring Advanced Electrical Device Monitoring to industry end users

Unlocking Efficiency, Safety, and Sustainability with Numen Solutions
Ecocentric + Cyclect Partnership Signing 17 Apr 2024

17 April 2024

Cyclect is pleased to announce a new partnership with Ecocentric, a leading Australian technology company specializing in electrical device monitoring solutions. Through this partnership, Cyclect will become an integrator and reseller of Ecocentric’s Numen solutions, offering Cyclect’s clients a comprehensive suite of tools for monitoring, predictive maintenance and managing of their electrical devices.

About Ecocentric’s Numen Solutions

Ecocentric’s Numen solution is an innovative electrical device monitoring system that continuously monitors electrical devices, reporting on device performance, operational state, and power consumption in near real-time. The system leverages advanced machine learning technology to eliminate the need for multiple, expensive sensors traditionally required for such monitoring. Instead, Numen relies on the device’s electrical supply signature, measured at the switchboard with a non-intrusive clip-on current transformer.

This unique approach offers Cyclect’s clients several key benefits:

      • Early detection of potential fire hazards: Numen’s electrical arc detection algorithm provides early warning of potential electrical issues that could lead to fires.

      • Improved energy efficiency: Granular electrical data from Numen enables Cyclect’s clients to accurately manage their energy consumption and reduce their carbon footprint.

      • Enhanced visibility and control: Numen’s modern web-based data visualization and analysis app provides Cyclect’s clients with unparalleled visibility and access to their electrical data.

      • Open architecture for integration: Numen’s open API allows for integration with other building management systems.

    A Strategic Partnership

“We are thrilled to partner with Ecocentric to bring their innovative Numen solutions to our clients,” said Tan Ee Wei, Executive Director at Cyclect. “Numen’s ability to provide real-time insights into electrical device performance and power consumption aligns with Cyclect’s commitment to providing our clients with the latest technologies to improve efficiency and safety.”

    Looking Ahead

Through this partnership, Cyclect and Ecocentric are committed to working together to provide Cyclect’s clients with the tools and resources they need to improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of their electrical operations.
