Pulsarlube MS & MSP units offer a convenient solution for the automatic lubrication of machinery.
The MS unit operates in synchronization with the equipment it is installed on, dispensing a preset amount of lubricant as long as the equipment is in operation. If the equipment is not in use, the unit goes into “standby mode” and does not dispense lubricant until the machine is back in operation. The MS unit also has replaceable grease pouches and battery packs, providing substantial cost savings for maintenance.
The MSP unit operates in a similar manner, but it is an externally powered unit that is connected to the machine or programmable logic controller (PLC) for power.
Both the MS and MSP units have an easy-to-use LCD and simple button controls for programming, and they can dispense lubricant to up to 8 lube points for multi-point lubrication or a maximum of 10m (33ft) for single-point lubrication. These units are suitable for a variety of industrial applications and have various certifications, including CE, RoHS, and ISO 9001:2015.
